This Pioneer KRP 500m tv / monitor blows me away each time I turn it on. I have a mac G5 curved up via the DVI cable and it fits the 1080p resolution perfectly. Cable looks so ample in HD and older vulgar res looks noteworthy better than on my primitive sony xbr 800 50 sail rear mask projection which is 4 years faded. These plasmas are the last of their kind and from the coveted Pioneer Kuro line.
Pioneer is leaving the plasma tv business all together. It's really shadowy because they perform the best plasmas. This tv was 4500 a year ago. I have never seen a better record, the blacks are astounding, there are no viewing angle issues. The recount is the same whether your standing off to the vulgar side of the TV or humdrum center.
The only negatives are the remote only works with Pioneer AV equipment and it does not have dvr cable box functionality, fair regular cablebox function. Too abominable because it is a chilly looking remote with nice red befriend light. So I tranquil have to spend three remotes because none of them camouflage everything.
The other negatives are it has a very glossy camouflage. I usually only glance TV at night and there is no suppose, but during the day it is reflective
because it is glass like the unusual mac books. There are only 3 digital inputs, one dvi which I like because there is no need for a dvi to hdmi adapter when hooking up a computer, and two hdmi 1.3 which is enough for me but people may want more hdm inputs. It has no spreakers but you can add them as extra but most people buying a monitir already have a surround av system and you can lift a stand for it it does not approach with one. You can by the tv version that has speakers, stand, and more hdmi ins but no dvi input. There is also the latest elite models around and they are truly the best, but almost twice as great cash for almost the same thing. I say come by one before there gone forever if your thinking about it.

Browse CNET, UltimateAV, Sound + Vision, Home Theater, the AVS forums : the various Kuro models have won the "Best of.." and the "Highest rated..." station consistently the past three years. The consumer remarks on Best Grasp, CNET and Amazon also praise the Pioneer Kuro with high grades. No HDTV is perfect in EVERY category, feature wise or notice appeal.
HD PQ - The Kuro technology offers the best combination of: shadowy level, color saturation/accuracy & trustworthy processing of HD resolution of any stamp. YES, the dim level DOES gain a drastic incompatibility. The 160 viewing angel is ideal for any region you're watching from. LCD's Composed can not offer an optimized viewing angel.
Styling - All of the Kuro's have a glossy dim piano effect. They are classy looking devices. In a brightly lit room, veil reflection can be a scrape (I do not have that express with my residence up) . The easy to consume remote for the KRP is serve lit once you push any button, so its easy to change explain settings in a murky setting(nice) . The KRP has only two HDMI rear inputs, plus a DVI and component. Of course a "monitor" has no speakers, stand or tuner of any kind. It is a thin 2.5" at its widest depth, weighs 69 lbs alone. I bought an older Pioneer swivel stand for mt KRP (perfect too) on ebay for $60 including shipping. I exercise DirecTV HD DVR for my programming (HDMI to the Pio monitor) and my Yamaha AV receiver handles the audio (toslink from DVR to the Yamaha) . I exercise the separate remotes whenever I change the source to my Blu Ray player (JVC) . Finger prints on the camouflage or shinny bezel can be lightly buffed away using a 100% cotton towel, consume a minimal damp set of the towel if you desire, then buff neat as you would an auto's paint surface. No cleaner is needed OR recommended.
My Kuro 5020 review has more details of the Pioneer plasma. The expanding selection PQ settings of the KRP monitor helps the viewer to attain genuine settings for color accuracy and skin tones. I suggest any user to research the AVS forums for info and recommendations on any HDTV. ANY inquire can be answered. The 5020 has exiguous settings in comparison. Its been stated that the various 50" KRP and Signature series Pioneer models have technology that was to be broken-down for the 10th generation Kuro line being developed. Of course Pioneer will not continue to perform and explain models after 2009, these KRP's are the last of the Kuro's to be manufactured. The 50" models that include the newest technology have been labeled 9.5G Kuro's. Supposedly ONLY 5000 have been built, and that's it.
I've owned two of the 8g Kuro's (since sold) and the 9g 5020 HDTV. ALL of these are amazing displays and working perfect today mild as they were bought imprint recent, my rating of A+.
The KRP-500M is honest a slightly finer, real & life like portray, my rating is A+++. It matches the PQ of the award winning Elite line of Kuro, those are the highest rated HDTV's ever reviewed, most expensive also. I bought my KRP for $1900 in May of '09. Two weeks later I learned it could be bought for $1550 from another online retailer, so THAT IS MY ONLY REGRET.
None of my Kuro's have EVER buzzed or faltered in any function. Yes I am a proud Kuro owner, I previously owned a Sony LCD and a Panasonic plasma. I tranquil research today to preserve up with the marketplace of HDTV. Nothing comes finish to the Kuro. I'm not "hating" on any other price or technology, plasma Collected offers the finest PQ. Kuro is the finest plasma ever built.

I recently purchased this TV and it was the best consume ive done in a while. The characterize is smart,determined and breath taking. The recount quality is awesome. I purchased a aucoustic sound bar because the tv does not near with built in speakers but it didnt matter the sound is substantial and i have no regrets. I was on my intention to win a place of All Clad and saw these. The compose is ravishing, the weight is satisfactory, and Calphalon is an superb name. I bought the 10 share place.
I had it for only 10 days and found something very distressing. When you dart the food, what do you do with the spoon? You hit it on the edge of the pan to gather off any food. I do this routinely without any problems. To my surprise, the Calphalon's edge dented with every hit. I can only imagine what the edges would witness like after a year, given that I'd only had them 10 days and the edges were all beat up. Please, don't acquire the impression that I'm hard on pots, but the softness of the steel was very disconcerting and was poor enough after 10 days for me to return the site. A $500 status of pots shouldn't dent like these did.
I had purchased this state after deciding on a Calphalon Tri-ply state. I had done alot of research on the Triply situation but after seeing these in store, I wanted them. I appreciate the brushed behold plus they are the same triply performance. The handles on this location are twice as thick and mighty more comfortable. This region did near with less pieces for more money but since I notion on looking at them for along time. I'd rather expend the extra money and collect what I wanted. Upon using my pans for the first time, I almost fell over after hand washing them. They had the contaminated "rainbowing" execute so many have mentioned. I had preheated them, let the food rest on the counter 10 mins as suggested, Cooked the food at a med. heat, then let the pans frigid down. After seeing what had happened I came online and read some reviews on here and conception "Oh No, What did I engage? ". I then went to Calphalon's website and factual in the FAQ piece it addressed this rainbowing and said to spend Barkeeper's Friend (which I didnt have) or lemon juice. So I went in a poured a bit of lemon juice in the pan and within no time all colors were gone and they looked as salubrious as recent. They have cooked wonderfully. Even heating, powerful faster than my older nonstick pans. I have been using these for some time now and I cherish them. They are spacious. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to cook and is looking for a shapely, yet effective cookware station.
Before we received this plot, I was concerned since I read the previous reviews after ordering, and some reviewers were concerned about discoloration. The flyers that ship with the product warn against using spray cooking oils, as the propellants may discolor the metal. We have avoided spray oils, primitive this status heavily for several weeks, and have had no discoloration at all, all pieces cook and well-organized well. A very complete station that works well on our flat surface electric range. I would recommend without reservation.

I bought his model, which was one step below the next generation. It is almost as beneficial as the next generation, but does discontinue about every 4 pages, and starts up again. Other than that, what a slick scanner with a shrimp footprint! Appreciate it!

Although a very nice unit, I returned it. The telescope was so noteworthy (very itsy-bitsy field of thought) that you have to be dazzling end to level or it won't work. It wouldn't work for my application. I bought a transit level instead. This came up under a search for a transit but it has no transit functions - a level only.
OK - unbiased received the quote from dewalt factory service to calibrate my dw-096...... $471. It was unbiased out of calibration - it was not smashed to pieces. Can't recommend this unit to anyone. Need to score a replacement.Not what I expected from dewalt.
This is an estimable product - it far exceeded my expectations for accuracy and ease of spend. It has valid optics and is ruggedly built. I have archaic it for grading drainage lines as well as for getting walls level. I would have liked the included rod to be a bit longer, and it would be nice to have a horizontal angle vernier, but overall it is an agreeable product.
